Designed for those with moderate to advanced strength and conditioning experience who have access to some heavier weights either at home or with a gym membership. Ideally a squat rack and/or smith machine/resistance bands and/or cable machine/swiss ball/step. All exercises will be able to be tailored to various pieces of equipment.
