Group runs
All of our group runs are part of the offering. Come to any of our 3 locations at Caulfield, Edithvale and Frankston.
For new members only, your first calendar month is free so you can come to as many runs as you like. We have runners who range from back of the packers to elite. We just expect you can run 5km in one go.
After your first month, runs are $10 each or $60 per calendar month.


Strength training
Run further, faster and stronger with Strength Training offered by Jordan Trevena Performance Coaching.
Our 16-week strength programs are specifically tailored to the needs of endurance athletes, taking into careful consideration the physical & mental demands of their training blocks.
The 16-week strength program is broken down into three key training phases:

Base Strength Phase (6 weeks) - focusing on foundational strength, such as double-leg & single-leg movements, calf strength & basic stability & mobility.

Running-Specific Strength Phase (6 weeks) - focusing on sport-specific strength, such as double-leg power, single-leg exercises, calf and core strength.

Race-Specific Phase (4 weeks) - focusing on preparing for peak race performance with a focus on single-leg power/speed/strength, and functional calf, core & upper body strength.
Our 16-week Strength programs are delivered via Final Surge. The program includes two strength sessions per week, as well as race week mobility/activation sessions to enhance your race day performance. Video demonstrations are provided for all exercises.
