Group runs

All of our group runs are part of the offering. Come to any of our 3 locations at Caulfield, Edithvale and Frankston. 

Your first calendar month is free so you can come to as many runs as you like. We have runners who range from back of the packers to elite. We just expect you can run 5km in one go. 

After your first month, runs are $10 each or $60 per calendar month.

Strength training

We also offer online Strength Training through via coach Jordan Trevena. 

 

Becoming a part of this program, you will receive a strength and conditioning program via Final Surge containing two running specific sessions per week alongside some general prehab/rehab guidance.

 

All programs will have video demonstrations of each exercise. The programs will be entirely written by Jordan Trevena, and tailored to the needs of endurance athletes. 

Beginner: Designed for those with some strength and conditioning experience and with access to at minimum resistance bands and some at-home weights (such as dumbbells or kettlebells or weight plates etc.).

 

Advanced: Designed for those with moderate to advanced strength and conditioning experience who have access to heavier weights either at home or with a gym membership. Ideally a squat rack and/or smith machine/resistance bands and/or cable machine/swiss ball/step. All exercises will be able to be tailored to various pieces of equipment.
