Beginners, 5km through to marathon
Erin really has a life-long love for running having been running and competing for over 30 years. She has tried most surfaces and distances but is happiest on the bitumen over the half marathon and marathon distances where she has PBs of 1:31 and 3:20 respectively. Erin is a previous winner of the Ballarat Half Marathon and Bendigo 10km runs and interesting fact was the first women’s course record holder of the Albert Parkrun - not in Melbourne but the ‘original’ Albert Parkrun in Middlesbrough.
A Level 2 recreational running coach and qualified gym instructor, Erin has been putting her coaching skills into practice writing programs and running sessions with another Melbourne based running group for the last 5 years. She also has a BA(Hons) in Sport, Health and Exercise and is a qualified weight management consultant.
Erin is really excited to work with runners who are looking to improve their times from 5k to the Marathon or just maintain a healthy happy lifestyle.
